Feel More Like Yourself
ADHD doesn’t look the same at every age. It might be a child who can’t sit through a lesson, a teen constantly told to “focus,” or an adult who’s spent years quietly compensating for a diagnosis they never got. Some clients come in with a clear pattern they’ve noticed for years. Others are just starting to wonder if something they’ve always chalked up to being disorganized or distracted is actually ADHD.
At Modern MOjO, we evaluate and treat ADHD across the lifespan, from childhood through adulthood, because it rarely travels alone. Anxiety, mood, and sleep concerns are often part of the picture too, and we look at the whole picture rather than treating ADHD in isolation.
Our Approach
An Evaluation That Takes Its Time
We look at your (or your child’s) full history, including school or work performance, home life, and anything else going on, before building a plan. ADHD evaluations aren’t quick checklists here. We want to understand the full context before landing on a diagnosis or a treatment path.
That plan may include medication management, therapy, or practical strategies for daily life, with close monitoring of what’s actually working. For kids, that often means staying in close contact with parents. For adults, it often means adjusting strategies as work and life demands change.
