Areas of Care
More Than Just Sadness
Feel More Like Yourself
Depression isn’t just sadness. It’s the flatness that makes things you used to enjoy feel pointless, the exhaustion that sleep doesn’t fix, the fog that makes decisions feel impossible. Some days it’s quiet, showing up as low motivation and disrupted sleep. Other days it’s heavier, making it hard to get through basic parts of your routine.
Our team treats the full range of depressive disorders, including major depressive disorder and cases that haven’t responded well to previous treatment. If you’ve tried medication or therapy before and it didn’t help, that history matters and changes how we approach your care. Treatment-resistant depression isn’t the end of the road here. It’s often where the real plan starts.
Our Approach
A Plan That Actually Fits
We start with a thorough psychiatric evaluation, then build a plan around therapy, medication management, or a combination of both, reassessing as we go. Some clients need a first-time diagnosis explained clearly. Others come in after years of trying different medications with mixed results.
For depression that hasn’t responded to other treatment, we’ll also talk through whether newer options, including EXOMIND TMS, might be worth discussing. Whatever path we take, you’re not locked into it. We check in regularly and adjust as your needs change.
