Kathryn ("Katie") Pratt, is a licensed mental health therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with warmth, compassion, and authenticity. Her goal is to create a safe, inviting space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to explore your thoughts and emotions.
She strives to bring a sense of tranquility and grounding into work with clients. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, or trauma, we believe that healing happens in a space where you feel safe and understood.

Katie works with adults facing a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, grief, and relationship challenges. She also has experience supporting individuals navigating major life changes, self-discovery, addiction and recovery, and healing from past wounds.​
